Foreign citizens can generally be shareholders and administrators of a Romanian SRL. We still review citizenship, residence, the ownership structure and the identity documents before confirming the route.
Many eligible standard cases can be handled remotely after document review. Depending on your documents and signing route, a power of attorney, authorised translations or additional formalities may be required.
For an eligible standard case, the package includes the initial document review, company-name reservation, formation documents, CAEN activity selection support, Trade Register filing and remedies, the ONRC fee and 12 months of registered office.
