How our Romania company formation prices work

The price table distinguishes starting fees from fixed services. Formation only starts from €300, excluding the registered office and ONRC fee. Formation with a 12-month registered office starts from €450, excluding the ONRC fee. For eligible standard cases, the fixed €490 package includes formation, lawyer-led Trade Register representation, the office for 12 months and the ONRC fee in one payment. For complex structures, an optional detailed Case Review is available for €50.

Non-standard quotes depend on citizenship, residence, ownership structure and any translation or authentication needs. Your dedicated contact confirms the scope, documents and separate costs before formation work begins, then coordinates your file through completion.

Because we work almost exclusively with foreign citizens, most of our files involve at least one variable that a domestic formation would not. A passport in a non-Latin script, a power of attorney prepared abroad, or a corporate shareholder registered in another country can each shift the final price. What the SRL formation fee includes

Setting up a Romanian SRL for foreigners starts from €300, and that base fee covers the core work of preparing and filing a standard formation: drafting the articles of association, preparing the shareholder and administrator declarations, reserving the company name, and submitting the file to the Trade Register on your behalf. In many standard cases with a single individual shareholder who can sign in person or by a straightforward power of attorney, the entry-level figure is what you pay for our service.

The cost rises predictably when the file becomes more involved. Each of the following can affect the Romanian SRL formation cost, and we will tell you which ones apply after document review:

• Certified translations of passports, declarations, or supporting documents into Romanian
• Apostilles or legalisation of documents issued outside Romania
• More than one shareholder, which means additional declarations and signatures
• A foreign legal entity as shareholder, which requires corporate documents, certificates of good standing, and usually translation and apostille
• Powers of attorney prepared abroad so you can register remotely without travelling to Romania

The formation-only and formation-plus-office starting prices exclude the ONRC fee; it is included in the fixed €490 standard package. Notary costs, authorised translations, apostilles and legalisation are separate when needed and are confirmed alongside the quote.

Registered office and the remote package

A great many of our clients live outside Romania, so a registered office address is one of the most common additions to a formation. The registered office in Romania cost starts from €150 per year, and it provides the legal address that every SRL must declare, along with handling of official correspondence at that address. If you are forming a new company and need the address at the same time, the combined remote SRL and registered office package starts from €450 and is designed so that the entire registration can be completed without you being physically present, where your documents allow it.

Remote handling depends on the documents and formalities confirmed for your case. The same contact coordinates those requirements, including any translations or representation documents, without a universal promise that every formation can be completed without travel. External formalities are quoted separately when needed.

Company changes and Trade Register operations

For an SRL that already exists, company changes start from €200. This covers the preparation and filing of a single, well-defined amendment to the company's Trade Register record. The company changes in Romania cost depends heavily on how many operations you bundle together and how complex they are: changing the registered address or a single administrator is at the simpler end, while transferring shares to a new foreign shareholder, modifying the share capital, or amending several entries in one filing requires more drafting, more declarations, and frequently more translated documents.

Because no two amendments are identical, we treat the €200 figure as a floor rather than a fixed price. After we review what you actually need to change, we confirm whether it is a single standard operation or a combined filing, and we quote accordingly so you know the full cost before any documents are prepared.
