We do not handle visas, residence permits, or immigration matters, and we are not your accountant; accounting is a separate, ongoing service provided by qualified third parties, to whom we can refer you.

The scope of each engagement is whatever we confirm with you in writing for your specific case. Official charges such as Trade Register fees, notary costs, and certified translation fees are separate from our professional fee and are payable in addition to it.

Quotes, pricing, and payment

All prices shown on this website are indicative "from" figures and are not binding offers. A quote becomes firm only after we have reviewed your documents and the specifics of your case, because the final figure depends on your citizenship, your documents, the number of shareholders, whether translations are required, and whether the shareholder is an individual or a foreign legal entity. We will confirm the applicable fee before work begins, and payment terms are agreed as part of that confirmation.

Because our work depends heavily on the documents and instructions you supply, we ask that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate, inconsistent, or missing documents are outside our control.

Responsibilities and limitations
