These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the services offered under the SRLulTău.ro brand. The website and these services are operated by ÎNFIINȚARE FIRME BUCUREȘTI SRL, a Romanian limited liability company with its registered office at Strada Foișorului 13, Bucharest, Sector 3. They are intended to set clear, fair expectations about what we do, how quotes and engagements work, and the limits of our responsibility. Our services

We assist foreign citizens and foreign legal entities with registering a Romanian SRL, providing a registered office, and making changes at the Trade Register. We prepare and submit the documents a filing requires and communicate with the relevant authorities on the basis of what you instruct and the documents you provide. We do not handle visas, residence permits, or immigration matters, and we are not your accountant; accounting is a separate, ongoing service provided by qualified third parties, to whom we can refer you.

The scope of each engagement is whatever we confirm with you in writing for your specific case. Official charges, notary costs and certified translation fees are separate unless a package expressly states that a specific charge is included. For example, the fixed €490 standard package expressly includes the ONRC filing fee and a registered office for 12 months.

Quotes, pricing, and payment

Most prices shown on this website are indicative "from" figures and become firm only after we review the documents and scope. The exception is a package expressly described as fixed-price for an eligible standard case. The €490 standard package is fixed once we confirm that the supplied facts fit its published scope; it includes formation, lawyer-led Trade Register representation, the ONRC filing fee and a registered office for 12 months. A separate quote applies if the structure or document route falls outside that scope, and any additional cost is confirmed before extra work begins.

Because our work depends heavily on the documents and instructions you supply, we ask that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate, inconsistent, or missing documents are outside our control.

Responsibilities and limitations

We carry out our work with professional care and aim for a clean first submission, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or timeline, because the Trade Register and other authorities make their own decisions and may raise observations on any file. We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional requirements imposed by the authorities, by banks, or by third parties such as notaries and translators, nor for consequences arising from information you provide that turns out to be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the affected service.

You remain responsible for your own ongoing legal, tax, and accounting obligations once a company is formed, including keeping the registered office valid and meeting reporting deadlines.
