The final quote depends on your citizenship, the documents you can provide, the number of shareholders, whether translations are required, and whether the shareholder is an individual or a foreign legal entity. Our working language is English, and we coordinate with founders across different time zones. We identify which documents require authorised translation, apostille or legalisation after reviewing what you have. Where the documents and formalities allow remote formation, you may not need to travel for the Trade Register filing. Bank onboarding is a separate process subject to the bank's requirements.
