Formation only from €300 excludes the registered office and ONRC fee. Formation plus a 12-month office from €450 excludes the ONRC fee. For eligible standard cases, the fixed €490 package includes formation, lawyer-led representation, the 12-month office and ONRC fee. Scope and availability

Our work covers the agreed company formation or Trade Register change. ONRC decides on the filing; remote handling and timing depend on your documents and the authorities. Accounting, banking decisions, immigration and tax outcomes have separate requirements and are not included in the formation promise. We can refer you to an accountant for ongoing obligations.
